Privacy Policy

We only ask for what we need to come to you and detail your vehicle. When you use our booking form, we collect:

• Your full name, phone number, and email address.
• The service you requested and your vehicle (year, make and model).
• The address where you'd like the service done — home, workplace or apartment complex.
• The date and time you picked, plus any notes you add.
• Any promo or discount code you enter.
• Whether you opted in to receive detailing tips and promotions by email.

If you send us your details through a Facebook or Instagram (Meta) ad form, we receive the name, email, phone number and answers you entered into that form.

We do not run advertising trackers or place marketing cookies on this website, and we don't ask for payment card numbers through the site.

We use your information to:

• Confirm your appointment and contact you to lock in the details.
• Create the calendar entry for the job, including the address we should drive to.
• Send the booking details to the owner so nothing gets missed.
• Keep a record of the work we've done for you and what we used.
• Send promotions, seasonal offers and detailing tips — only if you said yes.

Marketing emails are optional. The booking form has a checkbox for it, and you can leave it unticked — your booking works exactly the same either way.

Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you'll stop receiving offers. You can also reply to any email or call us and ask to be taken off the list, and we'll do it right away.

Booking confirmations and messages about your appointment aren't marketing — those keep working so we can serve you.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent our list. We share only the minimum needed with the services that help us run the business:

• Google — so your appointment can sit on our booking calendar.
• Our website hosting, database and email delivery providers — so the site works and your booking reaches us.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — when your details came from one of our ad lead forms.
• Our email marketing provider — to send promotional blasts to people who opted in.

We may also disclose information if we're required to by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

We keep your booking and contact details while you're a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can look up past work and honor anything we quoted you. If you ask us to delete your details, we remove them from our client list, and we won't add you back unless you book with us again.

You're in control of your information. Any time you can ask us to:

• Show you what we have on file for you.
• Fix anything that's wrong — a new phone number, a corrected email.
• Delete your details from our client list entirely.
• Stop sending you marketing emails.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your details are stored in a protected database that only Focus Detailing's authorized staff can reach — access is limited to the people who need it to schedule and perform your detail. No method of storage is perfect, so we keep only what we actually need.

Our services and booking form are for adults. Please don't send us personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be noted here before they take effect.
